1. Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party indicated by you (not the carrier) receives the goods.

3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received for the goods, excluding the original shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
4. Return of Goods
You must return the goods immediately and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires.
Return Shipping Costs: You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
5. Minderung of Refund / Condition of Returned Goods
- If the goods are returned in a condition that goes beyond what is necessary to check the product, e.g., used or damaged, we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly or refuse a refund for the affected goods.
- Please handle the item carefully. If it is damaged or shows signs of use beyond inspection, the refund may be reduced.
6. Orders Outside the EU
For orders outside the European Union (EU), the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by the destination country.
7. Kleinunternehmer (VAT Exemption)
As a sole proprietor operating under the German small business regulation (§19 UStG), we do not charge VAT. This does not affect your right of withdrawal.
