Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Method

  • Only Express Shipping is available for all orders.
  • Delivery times depend on your location and the chosen shipping method.
  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your country, order weight, and order value.
  • All shipping costs are borne by the customer.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within EU: 2–5 business days
  • Outside EU: 7–21 business days, depending on customs clearance

⚠️ Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, customs, or courier delays.


3. International / Non-EU Orders

  • For shipments outside the European Union (EU), customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and other fees required by the destination country.
  • These additional fees are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the customer.

4. Risk & Ownership

  • The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has received them. Customers may choose to add optional package insurance at their own cost.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be changed or canceled before shipping.
  • Once the order is shipped, the standard Right of Withdrawal / Return Policy applies.

6. Notes for Customers

  • Handle items carefully; any damage or signs of excessive use may reduce or void the refund under the withdrawal policy.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, including express shipping and international fees.
