2. Contract Formation
- The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed via email.

3. Prices & Payment
- Prices are in EUR and include all costs except shipping and possible customs duties for non-EU countries.
- As a small business under §19 UStG, no VAT is charged.

4. Shipping & Delivery
- Only Express Shipping is available.
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and borne by the customer.
- Estimated delivery times:
- EU: 2–5 business days
- Non-EU: 7–21 business days, depending on customs clearance
- Non-EU customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and other fees.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier.
5. Right of Withdrawal / Returns
- EU customers have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Original shipping costs (including express) are not refundable.
- If returned goods are damaged or show signs of use beyond inspection, the refund may be reduced or refused.
- Customized or personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
6. Liability & Warranty
- The seller is liable for intentional or grossly negligent damages.
- Liability for minor negligence is excluded, except for injury to life, body, or health.
- Product defects are handled according to German law.
